Simiyu Camp is periodically moved so that it is always as close as possible to either the migrating wildebeest or resident game. There are three different locations during the year, allowing guests to be close to the great Serengeti migration. Each of the eight spacious tents comes with private en-suite bathroom facilities, separate w.c.’s and romantic alfresco bucket showers, while the bedroom areas are furnished with a comfortable beds, dressing tables, safari chairs and wardrobes. A spacious private verandah is ideal for relaxing during the heat of the day, and at night 240volt solar generated electricity is available for reading or charging camera batteries. Competent chefs produce wholesome and delicious bush cuisine served in the dining tent, and the bar is open until all guests retire for the night. With maximum five guests per vehicle, window seats are guaranteed on the twice daily game drives. Simiyu offers the guest the perfect balance between exciting game viewing and comfortable in splendid isolation.
